Hotel The Peninsula Group di Chicago

"The Peninsula is one of my favorite Chicago hotels during the Christmas season. The decorations are beautiful, and the hotel has an elegant charm. One recommendation; air freshener in the room and throughout the hotel to help enhance the smell of the hotel. Also, breakfast servers struggled Christmas morning to wait tables. Server refilled my coffee cup with cold coffee. Delay in follow up service after food was served. Despite these small challenges it is a hotel I would definitely return too....
