Great short stay hotel. The unlimited complimentary water bottles was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a variety and tasted delicious. Our room was clean and had Chicago charm. A negative was when we were there, the elevator was out of order one day. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!

I complained but was told that it was nothing that they could do because I booked the reservation through a third party. $264.00 is what I paid and I had family members with me. Very disappointed. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were great. My only problem is that the furniture in the room has not been replaced in over 3-4 years. The couch was sunk in in the middle and the chairs for the table were peeling. I also noticed there were spots on the wall that needed painted. It looked as if the walls had been patched up. Other wise the room was nice. I wouldn’t say the current pricing matched the quality.

First time in Chicago and we enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are comfy and with lots of windows for the light to come in. Great area as well. Walkable to any major attractions and restaurants in Chicago. Definitely will be back again. We love Chicago and River North

A girls weekend trip in Chicago was excellent due to the hotels location and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and always. The staff was refilling what was necessary. The staff greeted us with a smile and throughout our stay always asked us what we needed. We highly recommend this hotel to families and friends and couples we will return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the city. The free breakfast had a variety of yummy items to chose from and a great coffee area available 24 hours a day. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel was located close to everything we were interested in walking to. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location , for some reason the elevators to the lobby were out of service for a bit, but I was able to get my steps in , and it was only 1 floor to the lobby from street size.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Chicago. Close to the Loop, a variety of restaurants, RiverWalk and access to the lake and all it's parks and Navy Pier. The hotel is well set up for families.
