Excellent location and lucky yo have a magnificent window view! Highly recommended; Expedia was about $50 cheaper than the same type of room at Hilton website.

Room and stay was great. Valet made me late the morning I was trying to leave. Need a better system because I had to wait 45 minutes for my car. The valet responded saying they would get my car but when I arrived downstairs 15 minutes after texting my car was not there. I had to walk next door and wait 5 minutes for someone to let me in since it was locked. Only to find out the attendant was sleep. The hotel needs their own valet person.

It was conveniently located to Michigan Ave and State street and Grant park for ease of walking anywhere. It isn’t a fancy hotel with elaborate lobby but that isn’t why I came to Chicago.

We have stayed at this Hilton before and on both occasions the staff has been wonderful! A special shout out to Janaya who deserves high praise for her exception customer service! Friendly, helpful and just a very nice person. We would stay again.

Location was fantastic, easily walkable to many great restaurants and shops. Didn’t like that the bottled water wasn’t included in the price we paid. There also wasn’t any to be purchased at the front lobby kiosk shop so I had to pay $2 a bottle in the room. All in all, great place.

I stayed at this location based on a colleague and he was right. The location is smack downtown giving cool views in the room and out the door. Step around the corner and you have Chipotle, Smashburger, and Starbucks for quick bites. Morton's, Sweetwater, and Nando's are steps away for upscale food. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small, but that's normal for urban locations. Overall a great place for visiting the city.

I like that I was able to walk to my conference at the Hyatt Regency nearby. What I didn't like was that the card didn't work to get into my room. It was late in the evening. Maintenance eventually showed up. However, he could not fix it. I had an early meeting the following day, but had to go to bed late as the battery was removed on the door and it still didn't work. We were eventually moved to another room across the hall, but I had to move all of the stuff from my significant other and I. We were compensated with free breakfast the next day, but I would have liked something more.

Everything was great except for the noisy neighbors and housekeeping slamming the doors while cleaning. Nice hotel, I will be returning..
