The bathroom was dirty and the receptionist is not friendly. She is the receptionist who has helped me twice in the past, she is very rude.

Convenient location. Room & bathroom was clean however body wash dispenser was empty.
First room we checked into had damages e.g. torn couch. But it was changed immediately upon request.

We stayed here for a couple nights and it was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. The staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. I lost a room key and they just gave me a new one without any issues. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. Lots of food and drink options. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.

I did not like that they charge parking fee. Waukegan is a small city. Plenty of parking space around a the businesses in the area.
I will not be choosing this hotel for future stays

Checked in 4 hours after check in time and room was not cleaned from previous guess. Next room assigned, doors wouldnt ooen. Not a good check in experience after a 10 hour drive day.

My heat didn't work in my room, my blinds was broken wouldn't roll up, my key wouldn't work to my room, we had to keep letting each other in the room.. They didn't even offer me another room.. Other then that everything was cool, great breakfast, pool, quite, next to the casino..

Everything was good but the mattress was hard as a rock! It was so uncomfortable that my husband woke up in pain this morning.

One night stay while traveling. Clean room, comfy beds, good breakfast, nice staff. Only recommendation would be to have better lighting in our room; 'twas a bit dim. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
