Our favorite hotel. We love the balcony and views. I wish the had at least a nightlight on the balcony and if you stay be ready for a long walk to your room. However the walk with luggage is worth the effort once you get there. Great amenities and employees.

We didn't like that the entertainment amenities were not connected to the rooms and we had to walk outside to get to them. The location is quiet and convenient for travel.

Great weekend getaway for those who live in IL, makes you feel like you're out of town. The only downfall is all the walking... Wear comfortable shoes. You will definitely get your steps in. We had a Great safe time!

We loved all aspects of our 2 night stay. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the pool and spa area is a great place for relaxation. Would love to stay here the next time we are in town.

We liked how clean it was and how everything was explained nicely and completely (where and when everything was). When we asked questions we did not feel like we were interrupting something. Our questions were answered fully and politly. It was easy to find and beautiful.

I dusted the tables and television. Shower dripped. Carpet old. Staff was nice and very friendly. I have stayed several times because of the nice staff, it’s just cosmetic old look of the rooms. Also I don’t use the pool ect. sucks you get charged for it.

Every thing was closed all of the amenities that we came here for were not open during the week, boweling and golf stimulator. It was very boring and made our visit a waste of money.The pool was the only thing open, the hot tub was cold and the steam room was broken. Plus they make you leave your towels with them and make you walk outside in the cold soaking wet to get back to the hotel, because they don’t get the towels back was the reason. I have never experienced anything like that.

I love the nice area the room, soap dispensers in the room. What i didnt like was the strings of hair everywhere in the room and whoever cleaned the room needs to dust. First thing i noticed was the tv and tv stand was so dusty. Makes me wonder about the cleaning staff

King suite was nice, but loud as it was feet from an elevator. Upon arriving we called and reported that the refrigerator wasn’t working. We were told someone would be up to repair or replace it soon. They never came. Then the toilet broke and we had to pack up and leave as we weren’t going to keep waiting.

Rooms have wobbly noise. Noise is coming from heat unit. You can smell the smoke if anyone else smokes cig in his room. Smell goes through the ventilation. Sucks. Pool area is not inside the hotel. It is outside and You need to walk outside of the building. Pool is dirty. Temperature of pool was ok, however hot tub wasn’t hot.

Stayed overnight for a couple's getaway. Nice property overall. Bar & Restaurant close early as does the pool and bowling alley. A little strange for a Saturday night. Pool is off site so we didn’t feel like walking in the cold back to the main building. Nice staff. Hallways are a little small when you get to the North & South Towers. But, overall, a nice property with good amenities.

The pool is really good so was the hot tub and the gym the spa is too expensive. It should be at max like 130 plus tip not 200 will likely be back

A nice option for a staycation
Easy checkin and was lucky to be able to check in a little early. Staff was extremely kind, and the room was nice. A little dusty, but otherwise very clean. Only downside we didn’t realize about the amenities is that the pool and hot tub are disconnected so you have to walk outside to get too

Staff was unable to check us in for 15 minutes because they couldn’t find our reservation and didn’t know how to check their other system. Cleanliness was okay. Hallways had literally dust globs in numerous places, bathroom tub had mold.

The property and staff were great. There were a few issues with the room, we had a junior suite and it was missing a phone, one of the 2 tvs did not work, the thermostat only showed one number so it was difficult to know what to set the temperature too and the in room safe was locked and broken. We let the staff know of the issues but they were not fixed.
