"Room was clean, good facilities, useful shuttle bus to the airport. Was a little worried because after I booked the room it said that check out stops at 22:00. However it seemed like it was 24:7 checkin/checkout and I was able to check in at 23:30. Cheaper to stay the night after our flight got delayed and I we missed the last train/bus than pay for a taxi back to Tokyo."

"Our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay was great. The hotel is always clean, and all the staff are very helpful, organized, and speak fluent English, which made everything so easy. The room was spacious, and the amenities—like toothbrushes, pajamas, and more—were really convenient. Transportation is also a big plus. The limousine bus to Narita or Haneda stops right outside the hotel, and there’s a shuttle to Bayside Station where you can go directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The only downside for me was the laundry machines. It costs 200 yen for 15 minutes, but drying took more than 2 hours, which ended up being expensive and inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel with fantastic service and location—just be prepared if you need to do laundry. "

Japanese toilet tucked in a different room. Ammenities; They have everything you want, soap, shampool, toothbrush and more. They supplied slippers for all sizes. Hotel staff; Very helpful, they are there to help you with anything you need. Easy to get information. Disney; One bus ride away from Disney Sea and Disneyland. The bus ride is about 15-20 minutes with 2 stops. Can be hectic as the buses fill up fast during rush hours. Early entrance into Tokyo Disneyland is very convenient, but still recommend showing up early as you need to go through security and wait until the park opens. "
