Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay
Very close to the train station. Super touristy and busy through most of the waking hours. Sometimes need to stand in line to get onto the elevators. Rooms are cleaned once every 3 days. Was good enough to get to Disney but you are 30 minutes from the main districts of Tokyo.

The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay
Really good stay, lawsons downstairs was so useful. We stayed here for six nights and went into central Tokyo almost every day. Shuttle was great and if we come back to Tokyo, we will stay again!
