Nice clean rooms
Clean rooms, not too to walk to restaurants & night market. Listed as amenities for the hotel was ‘luggage storage’. However when we got there we were told they had no luggage storage facility. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

This is a new hotel, so everything is new and clean. The location is a short block away from a lively night market. The staff is wonderful! They were extremely kind and helpful to me and my elderly father. I was impressed by the excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful and made to order. Highly recommended!

Very old school thinking hotel
3 pax room can’t get extra towel chargeable. We arrived at 2.30pm and all rooms are ready unable to check due to policy and we have to come back at 3pm

Clean, spacious and in excellent condition
We booked a triple room. It was spacious and came with sufficient amenities. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom is very spacious and well installed. Hotel staff was well mannered and very helpful. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent location and good size room
The location is superb just next to the night street market and easily accessible. Hotel staff at friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too.

Overall, happy with stay
We stay a night early Jan. 2018. Reception was quite & precise. Room given in pretty new condition & spacious, albeit lacked hanger in bathroom. Only blemish was sound proof isn't the best. Kid jumping & running on raised wooden flooring next door could be heard as late as close to mid night. Hotel, although close to night market requires a 7-10 min ride from the Chiayi main train station. We had to ride on feeder bus from Zuoying THSR Station for half hour to get to Chiayi Main Train Station. Breakfast was a set arrangement, but adequate & not bad. Getting to hotel from Zuoying takes a while & some effort. Cab driver had slight trouble finding hotel as they didn't know ML Hotel in Chinese. Neither did we. Could have helped if Hotel were to advise checking in guests hotel name in Chinese

Nice place to stay!
Very nice new hotel well located in the city center, five minutes by foot or 100 NT for a taxi from the main railway station. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was made to order and tasty (small salad, fries, sausage, one egg, small pudding and a piece of melon). Coffee nice and bottomless from the coffeemachine. The staff was very friendly.

ML Hotel - Perfect
This hotel is a hidden gem. A very short walk to the night market and shopping. If you are comfortable going away from the tourist crowd and want to see Chaiyi daily lifestyle, this is the place to stay. Rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing. All staff are very friendly. The hotel was almost empty. Be advised, the staff does not speak much English. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to know what it is like to live like a local.

全新的飯店
房間及服務人員給的整體感覺都不錯，還送上金莎巧克力很有驚喜感 飯店離夜市很近，步行可以到超方便，但是飯店的招牌不明顯，會讓初次到來的旅客找不到 還有浴室再多個置物架會更完美，如此換洗衣服就有地方擺了

Customer service could be improved
Clean but average room. Reception staff hurried you repeatedly for 10 mins late past check our check time and we were already on our way out. Reception staff are very unhelpful when comes to storing luggage after check out. It was told cleaning required for the space and storage services are not available. No alternative solutions provided for tourists with big luggages whom are not familiar with the area.
