Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is really good. The Peak restaurant was excellent with musician while dining—it’s my best birthday dinner experience so far. It made the vibe really classy and romantic. They even sent me a free birthday cake on my bday which was a very sweet surprise!! We would come back to same hotel next time we visit Chiang Rai! Thank you to all wonderful staff!!!

This resort is very inclusive. It has much to offer for families and couples. It is spacious and airy from the grounds to the entrance and throughout the hotel. It overlooks the river and has views to the mountains beyond. All the staff were extremely helpful.

You get what you pay. It’s sure is a beautiful place, clean, with a beautiful outdoor water park. Staff are very professional. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Only good for families.
I can’t recommend this hotel. It has good pool activities for kids and families, but is not a great option for solo travelers looking to have a relaxing vacation. There was no pool service. Breakfast was average. And there were ants.

The Riverie is a beautiful property along the river. We felt peace and relaxation walking the grounds or at the poolside. The pool and water park looked fun for those enjoying it. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety. I would stay here again.

Lazy river and pool were great but the water was cold!! Supop and the rest of the staff were amazing!! Chinese restaurant was not anything special food-wise. Breakfast buffet was good. Towels were super fluffy and the water pressure was great

Everything is perfect. The only negative is the distance from everything else. The resort is gated and segregated, and so very safe.

This was a great place to stay, we will be back again for sure. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Food was great and there was lots for our daughter to do as well. The water park was awesome and so is the kids play area. This is a great place for families with kids .

Check-in experience is great. Staff service is excellent. Room is a bit dated. Decoration of the hotel is beautiful. Lobby is considered grand. Location is not very convenient. Amenities are enough, however, pool water is very cold. Have few restaurants but just visit Blossom which offers variety of food. Hotel is very clean. 9.4 out of 10 may be overrated. I would give 9 out of 10.

A paradise resort nestled in the Chiang Rai hills
This is the best hotel in Chiang Rai that we’ve stayed at. The location is idyllic, right on the river, and being on its own island makes it peaceful and quiet as well. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating and always makes us feel like we’re being invited into their home. And the Blossom restaurant provides top quality Thai specialties that adjusts for any palate and diet.

Very nice 1 night stay in this modern hotel. I travelled with my partner and we started our North Thailand leg of the trip from Chiang Rai. Clean, comfortable bed, nice pillows. We had exceptionally nice dinner & drinks at the roof top bar & restaurant (it’s a steakhouse, but they have fish and seafood too). Breakfast was adequate. Didn’t have a chance to use swimming pool or spa. Would stay again.
