It is a nice hotel. It has a little wear and tear but the beds was very comfortable. The space was clean. The shower was lovely and there were a few English channels on the tv. It is located on the highway and only a 5 minute walk from a mall with plenty of food and shopping

Very close to town and LOVED the shuttle to town or surrounding areas with pickup. The facility was nice and centrally located and had a very nice breakfast spread.

Considering the price and close to the airport for very late arrival it was nice. Breakfast was good. Only bad points were room was not cooled down already and took the AC long time to do so. And not being allowed to use pool before 10am

We only stayed one night on our way home from Thailand. The beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful and everything was very clean. Great value for money.

Dirty and too tight, Bathroom appliances are very damaged, not worth for this price, The lights in the room are somber, I don’t understand why this hotel has a high rating.

My second time at this hotel. Good staff and good manager. However the double room suffer badly from the very bad odor from sanitaty system. Cleaning cannot fix this, the waste water piping has to be redo. I have to keep the window open all day and night to get fresh air in. It was new year eve, so no replacement room available. The staff said that only double rooms has this problem.

Good place near airport.
Clean simple room - beds are very firm. Close to airport. Breakfast descent but lacks options for vegans. Even simple soy milk would have been appreciated. Pool is more like a dipping pond with room for only 2 lounge chairs.

Stayed in the "Artist Winter Room". Bed was super hard. Our room was right next to the dining room on the 5th floor, so was very loud when people started having breakfast early in the morning. However, as we were catching an early flight, this did not affect us too much. Airport transfer starts right on the clock at 7am, make sure you book way in advance as they only have one car so if it has already been booked you are a bit screwed. The guy did well to get us to the airport on time, but we were a little bit under stress due to car availability and having to wait for another staff to take over the front desk until we can leave for the airport. The other guest decided to call a taxi and left half an hour earlier than 7am. I think the hotel could have done more to accommodate "transit" guests needs. Main reason for our stay was because it was next to the airport and has a free airport shuttle, we'd probably look elsewhere slightly cheaper and just book a taxi instead next time. Overall, I would avoid the "Artists" room if you can spend a little bit more, unless you are not too bothered with the tired, unfinished look. The one we stayed in did look exactly like in the photos.

This is a great little hotel close to airport and Central Plaza Shopping Center. Well run, good staff, comfortable room. The free airport shuttle is reliable. Try the food court in Central Plaza. Or Central Plaza's free shuttle to major parts of Chiang Mai. In my opinion, this option is the best value if you wish to be close to the airport, for whatever reason. And it's not a bad option even if you aren't.

Close to airport
Very close to the airport, which is convenient if you have an overnight layover or very early flight. Free airport transportation from 7am-8pm, otherwise a taxi costs 150 baht (~USD$5). Room was clean and bed was comfortable, though our room had a mildewy smell to it. Staff was very friendly. Hotel near shopping mall and outdoor food market.

Ants and cockroaches.
I walked into the room, switched the light on and a cockroach ran across the floor. Naturally I quickly stamped on it (sorry!) and within minutes it had lots of tiny ants crawling all over it. There were little bugs in the bathroom on the sink too. The room I got was literally a mattress on the floor - which normally wouldn’t be so bad, but concidering I was very aware of the fact ants and cockroaches were crawling around the floor, it wasn’t great! The staff were really friendly but - for me - I wouldn’t stay there again.

Needed an overnight between flights. The staff was professional and helpful. Room is basic, but very adequate and comfortable (a bit non-traditional hotel room - with mattress on the floor), quiet and dark, on the 5th floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Proximity of hotel to the airport is a plus. Staff who registered us was helpful and pleasant. He helped us to change rooms when we said we preferred a bed with a different mattress for our stay :-)

Disappointed.
I stayed 2 previous nights, then moved to a different room - it was like night & day. The air con barely kept up with the heat, it was loud with blaring music until the pool closes at 8:30, which was in the same floor. There were small red ants and 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and when I told the front desk, they said they were sorry & would have the room cleaned in the morning for me - after I check out??? So I used a towel against the bottom of the room door and never saw any more bugs. It was comfortable but the difference in rooms - from tiled floors, desks, counters etc, to fridge on the unpainted concrete floor, a small concrete table and some wire mesh on the crudely stucco & painted walls for art, to old pipe used for hanging hangars, was crazy!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, wide range of service
Clean hotel, great and friendly staff. Free shuttle bus is big plus. Great variety of breakfast. Double bed is comfortable, the matrass of the bunkbed is slightly less. The only thing I really can mention if you are a coffee lover, is I really do not like the instant coffee at the hotel. In the shopping mall there is a very good safredo coffee shop.
