My parents stayed here 12 years ago, so when I was booking another trip this was a natural choice. Super friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient to everything in the old city. Highly recommended.

Great location, grest englush seaking help. Clean and friendly my usduecwas with ecpdfia mesding up my add on extra day extending my stay and keying in December instead of February. Will sort og out but needed to pay twice.

The 3 Sis was a cute guesthouse in the old coty of Chaing Mai. It’s very well located and the rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved our stay there!

Loved this place. Great location.the staff was the best. The restaurant overlooked the street we loved having our morning coffee there. The only negative was there was no dressers in the room and about 4 hangers.

The 3 Sis is a great location in Chiang Mai. Very good value for money. Rooms are basic but clean. Comfortable bed . Staff very helpful. Good value and worth considering. Breakfast is extra but Poppies restaurant attached to the hotel offers good value and doo food

The small thorn on our stay..
Could not help feeling that the staff doesn't accord the same service to the guests e.g. they offered welcome drinks to Caucasian but fail to do so to a number of Asian guests. Saw that a few occasions that's why that feeling arises. The front desk ladies were busy chatting away & doesn't acknowledges you. The security guard is much friendlier, I must say. Other than that, location is good, rooms are clean.

Classy, chic, and great for wandering
Convenient location. Intimate but not tiny hotel. Classy room. Very helpful friendly staff. Right near Sunday Night Market without being smack in the middle of madness. Easy to get to other spots in Chiang Mai.

It is within walking distance from the Sunday Walking Street. I checked in on a Sunday and our taxi cab driver had a fun time finding an alternate route due to some road closures. Not a big deal though.

The 3 Sis has a really excellent location for exploring Chiang Mai. It's tight in front of Wat Chedi Luang, one f the great temples in Chiang Mai. It's also by the excellent Sunday Night Street Market.

Excellent Location
Upon check in we were greeted with an ice cold glass of tea. The reception staff Checked us in, explained the area and helped us with our bags to our room. The room was basic; large bed, air conditioning, fridge and coffee tray. The lobby area was very welcoming, a nice place to sit and read or socialize. The 3 Sis is a very comfortable boutique hotel with kind, and helpful staff.

We had the best stay at the 3 Sis and it was a great place to explore Chiang Mai. We stayed a full week and the service was wonderful. They are very welcoming and the room was super comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at 3Sis
Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with assisting with points of interest as well as making reservations as I needed. Check in and check out was very smooth. Can’t say enough about our stay.

Nice hotel in great area
This is a nice hotel located close to the middle of town. There is no elevator and 3 floors. The lobby is open which has a nice ambiance but it also allowed for mosquitoes to be there with the water feature. The ladies at the desk were helpful in getting us a cooking class and massage. The room was comfortable with twin beds, air con, small bathroom with a nice size shower but 2 people in the bathroom at the same time was very tight. I really liked the location which is just off the main street so it was quiet. No restaurant although there was one next door and many within easy walking distance. My phone wouldn't work on the wifi but my daughter's had no problem.

Cute Hotel Located in Old City
This is such a CUTE hotel located in the center of the Old City. Walking distance to just about everything. You step out of the hotel and part of the Sunday night market is at your fingertips. The 3 Sisters that own/run the hotel are absolutely AMAZING!!! They made our taxi accommodations and our cooking class accommodation and were happy to do so. These 3 sisters are so very sweet. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Stay in Chiang Mai City Center
This was our first hotel of many upon arriving in Chiang Mai. This hotel was a great place for exploring the inner city inside the city walls. The temple directly across the street makes this a very popular place for tourists to come. Also on Sunday nights, the hotel is almost unrecognizable with all the vendors that take over the street right in front of the hotel. The service within the hotel and the restaurant was amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff helped us book tours and recommended plenty of places to us. It would have been nice to know that the latest you can check into the hotel is midnight. We arrived just as the front desk was about to close. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in the city center in a central location.

Wonderful, quaint hotel in a great location.
Really loved my stay here! Such a warm, homey, quaint, lovely place. The staff were very kind and professional. The location as perfect for me, with the street market, beautiful temple, and a restaurant right there. The room was very clean, bright, and comfortable, as was the bed. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay in Old town Chiang Mai
Staying at 3sis is an ideal place to stay when visiting Old Town Chiang Mai...you’re right in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay there again.

3 Sis in Chiang-Mai
The concierges were knowledgeable and patient. 3-4 fabulous women. They gave us an abundance of recommendations that were very accurate. The location was great. The room was small for 2 women. The Breakfast we choose was delicious fresh fruits.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice location within the Old City walls of Chiang Mai. Centrally positioned across from Wat Chedi Luang and situated near lots of good restaurants, shops, attractions, coffee houses and massage studios. Walkable anywhere within the city center and only a short tuk tuk ride to other attractions further away, such as the river, and Chiang Mai airport. Would recommend and would stay here again! Doesn’t have all the amenities of a modern hotel, but that’s not what we were looking for when we chose this hotel.

Lovely and cosy hotel in a great location within walking distance to most temples. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only good thing that could be improved in my opinion is breakfast, as menu is a bit limited. Overall great stay! Would definitely recommend and go hopefully go back soon!

Location, location, location
We were super happy with our stay at 3 sis. The location was perfect, close to so many temples, spas and great restaurants. We were able to walk to many things. On Sunday night the Sunday Market is just outside the hotel. One of the most visited sites in Chiang Mai, the Wat Chedi Leung is right across the street. There is also a 7-eleven next door for supplies, like extra bottles of water. The hotel itself was lovely. The lobby was bright and open, with couches and bean bags, plants and koi fish. The room was a good size, we had enough space to lay out our luggage. They gave us fresh towels and two bottles of water everyday. There was coffee and tea in the room. We took advantage of their laundry service, which we thought was a little pricey, but we were paying for the convenience of dropping it off that morning and having it back that evening. We were pleased with how quickly they got it back to us. The staff was always smiling and welcoming. They helped us book a car out to Doi Suthep on the mountain. We thought we were booking a red truck, but were pleasantly surprised to have a private, air conditioned car picking us up. The driver even provided us with cold bottled water. We booked a room rate with breakfast included, and the breakfast was good, selection of French toast or eggs or Thai omelet or fruit & yogurt. The wifi worked well and was reliable. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the location.

Pleasant stay
A friend recommended this hotel and I have no regrets. I enjoyed staying and it has this homely feeling to it. My room was cleaned daily and it was spacious. The location was central and convenient. The staff were super nice and friendly always ready to offer help. I highly recommend this place!

The 3 Sis is a great place to stay. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Would highly recommend a stay here.
