This hotel provided what I was looking for, namely a location near to the city without being in the center with a friendly feel. When I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist in a friendly and accommodating way. Throughout my week stay, I found all the staff to be friendly and easy to talk to which helped me to really feel at home in the facilities.
The location was perfect for me: easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants yet a quiet place to stay. Public transportation is readily accessible.
The facilities were very cute, comfortable, and practical, providing a very cozy atmosphere. There were a few screws loose in different appliances (lamp, faucet, etc.) which made them wobbly but didn't affect the function.
The biggest drawback for me was the limited breakfast. It was clearly designed with Asian tourists in mind with noodle packets, ham and sausage, and rolls with filling. There was also toast, fresh fruit, and hardboiled eggs as well as cereal, juice, and tea. This was all fine for the first morning or two, but I would have enjoyed some other forms of eggs, yogurt, and some kind of pancake to give some more variety.
Overall it was a lovely stay that I would consider again, and if breakfast doesn't make a difference to you, I would highly recommend it!
