Rooms are very small and cheaply designed. Bed and pillows not great either. The building is a retrofit and not a purspose built hotel, its an awkward layout. Breakfast was good though. You can get much bigger and well designed rooms in Nimman than this. The only plus about this hotel is the rooftop bar which is a great place for sunsets and evening drinks. Pizzas are great too. The owner is a famous Thai actor which draws in the local crowds. I’d recommend to stay elsewhere such as next door The Craft Nimman and go to Yayee just for drinks.

Quaint boutique hotel.
Friendly staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable. Close to restaurants, bars, malls and the old city, yet far enough from traffic and noise.

Nice service, lovely decoration and easy to walk around at Nimmann road. It's suitable for slow life on holiday. More over breakfast was adorable and yummy.

Very nice boutique hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at Yayee Hotel. It's a nice little boutique hotel that is located on the quieter street of Niman. The staff there are extremely helpful and attentive! Would definitely stay with Yayee when I'm back in Chiang Mai next time.

ที่พักทำเลดี อยู่ใกล้สนามบิน, ร้านค้า, ร้านอาหาร, ร้านสะดวกซื้อ อุปกรณ์ในห้องพักเริ่มเก่าและชำรุดบ้างตามอายุการใช้งาน น่าจะเปลี่ยนใหม่ เช่น ผ้าเช็ดตัว เครื่องเป่าผม พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส ให้การต้อนรับและบริการดีมาก ๆ ค่ะ อ้อ...อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยดีค่ะ ชอบ ^^

ครั้งนี้พักหลายคืนแต่แจ๊กพอตได้ห้องชั้น 4(ใต้บาร์ชั้น5) ติดและผนังติดโรงแรมอื่น ทำให้เจอกับเสียงดังในช่วงกลางคืน ประมาณ 3ทุ่ม ถึง เที่ยงคืน - เสียงลากเก้าอี้ โต๊ะ รวมถึงเสียงสนทนาจากห้องข้างๆที่เราจะได้ยินผ่านทางห้องน้ำ เรื่องเสียงยังเป็นสิ่งที่หลีด้ลี่ยงไม่ได้ เสียงจากตู้เย็นตัวจิ๋วก็ดังไม่น้อย ส่วนความสะอาด อยากให้ปรับปรุงมากขึ้น พรมที่ปูพื้นค่อนข้างดำ แลสกปรก เก้าอี้มีคราบเลอะ แต่อย่างไรแล้วอาหารเช้าของที่นี่ ก็ทำให้คุณสดชื่น อร่อยแน่นอน

사실 루프탑 빼고는 이가격에 머물기에는비싸게 책정되어있어요.스몰룸이라지만 너무 작아요. 호텔이라고 보기엔 너무 부족해요. 조식당.룸 .호텔상태 다.엘레베이터가 없어서 짐들고 내려오는것도 너무 힘들었어요.가격이 4.5만원 정도면 맞을 호텔 입니다.두명이 자기에는 침대도 너무 작아요. 모텔 수준입니다.많은 동남아 호텔을 묵3어봤지만 이가격에 이런호텔은 처음 이었어요.호텔상태가 많이 부실해요.

โฮเทลยาหยี เป็นโรงแรมไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ก็เกร๋ๆๆ สไตส์การตกแต่งใส่ใจรายละเอียด ชอบในการตกแต่ง และเลือกสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้คนเข้าพักรู้สึกดี และพนักงานที่นี้มีใจบริการที่ดีเยี่ยม ยิ้มแย้มสดใสทุกคน เรานั่งรถแดงไปลงหน้าโรงแรม ก็มีพนักงานมารับกระเป๋าถึงรถแดงเลยนะ แนะนำโรงแรมได้น่าฟังมาก พอเข้าในห้องพักแล้วชอบมากเลยห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก และสไตส์ห้องนอนเหมือนบ้าน ของใช้ในห้องน้ำมีพร้อม อาหารที่นี้ก็อร่อยมากเลย แทบจะไม่ต้องออกไปข้างนอกเลย ****และที่สำคัญเลย ฉันได้ให้ทางโฮเทลยาหยีจัดห้องเซอร์ไพส์วันเกิดเพื่อนรัก และมั่นใจว่าที่นี้จะทำได้ดีเพราะดูจากสไตส์โรงแรมแล้ว เราไม่ผิดหวังจริงๆๆด้วยนะ ห้องตกแต่งได้สวยงามมากๆๆ ตามที่เราได้วาดไว้เลยนะ ทางโรงแรมแค่ถามว่าอยากได้อะไรบ้าง แบบไหน งบประมาณเท่าไร คือสิ่งที่ออกมาสวยงามและคุ้มค่ามากที่สุดเลย ทำให้เราประทับใจที่นี้อย่างจริงใจ

小巧精緻的文青旅店
整體來說是該區域中我覺得最漂亮的飯店，小巧而精緻，很適合喜歡浪漫的女生前往，門口的小花園真的是自拍的好去處，然後早餐的部分也非常可口，環境清優。房間內就很簡單的木頭家俱，就比較可惜是需要走樓梯，復古電梯只到二樓= =哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，但可能因為老板是泰國知名導演的關係吧，整個飯店非常文青路線，值得一去囉~~~對了，飯店旁邊好像就是很有名的冰淇淋店，走路2分鐘就到哦!!

Tolles Hotel, super Lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr viele und sehr gute Restaurants in der ganzen Umgebung. Die Zimmerausstattung und das Hoteldesign sind wirklich toll!! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück (Auswahl aus 3 Menüs) ausgezeichnet. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten, auch wenn das Hotel vergleichsweise etwas teurer ist.
