Upon landing in Kathmandu city, hotel’s own transfer was there and these 2 days sayings were amazing.. Hotel’s Manager Mr. Ganga was all through a cordial helping hand from the day 1 , we checked in the hotel.. Surely will stay again in this hotel..if our Kathmandu trip repeats again.."

No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings.
