Dear Anonymous, thanks for your review. Hotels.com did not make the error, as you know. Next time include your child in your booking search and you will not reserve rooms at providers that do not accept children. As you realise, you stopped us from selling that room so you paid for the mistake, if only you had admitted your mistake AND promptly cancelled your reservation then we would have been much more likely to waive or reduce the cancellation fee. As, at no time, you have admitted it was your mistake then we did not. Please learn as much from this experience as you can. Kind regards
