An amazing place to stay, the owners are friendly & onsite to help. We were shown to our room which doesn't happen often these days, certainly a nice touch. The rooms are clean & well appointed, even down to having a potted plant in the room. Fridge, microwave, fridge & hob all clean & in good working order. We have been travelling for a month & this was one of the most comfy beds. There is parking outside each room & while there is a road nearby it didn't cause any problems.

After 8.30 pm arrival from the Interislander – the owner was very welcoming. Unit was comfortable, clean, quiet and good condition. It is just off SH1 so you have to be prepared for some road noise, but got a good nights sleep.

This is a GEM of a property located near several nice nature walks. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The apartment is very nice - clean, roomy, and comfortable. I would love to go back and stay again. To me, Broadview represented the best of NZ!
