"Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse. "Stayed for the LAM. It is very close to shuttles and finish line. Room had a microwave coffee maker and fridge perfect for race prep. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a sliding door to the sink area which my husband appreciated with the 0400 wake up and get ready. Our room opens up to the internal courtyard on the first floor. I would have preferred a room that at least had room for a chair. The room was too small to do anything but sleep in.
