The room was so bad and had a very strong odor of sewer in the room. The toilet was missing the toilet seat. The air conditioner worked but had circuit boards hanging out of it. We checked in, Went to dinner and came back and checked out. We should have been charged 1 night for cancellation but were charged 5 nights. This is one of the worse places that I have dealt with. We have never given a bad review on a hotel. We can put up with alot. This place was over the top in a bad way.

Pésimo hotel, hay mejores opciones mas baratas

Pésimo lugar, sumamente desordenado y sucio, colchones en las paredes, cubetas, trapeadores y escobas por todos lados, el cuarto de lavado, siempre abierto y desordenado por completo, las mesas y sillas de restaurante y terraza en pésimas condiciones, en el cuarto las paredes sucias, la tapa de la taza del baño rota, polvo en los pisos de las camas, el sky sin cacbles para latv, cables colgados, nada que ver las fotos que exhiben con lo que es, nunca volveré!

I liked the location; it is why I made the reservation and I trusted Orbitz description of the hotel. However, do not believe all you read! My room had NO toilet seat, a garden spigot in bathroom sink that had NO hot water, the entire location smelled of sewer, and the room size of a closet.

Nada me gusto , el lavabo del baño tenía llave de jardín y solo fría . Los muebles de terraza y playa viejos y feos, no había servicio de restUrante, solo desayuno. Es un hotel de maximo $500 y lo ofrecen en $1,000. Hablan de cargos de mini bar, si no hay en las habitaciones ni siquiera una silla. También dicen que cobrarán extra por las cenas de gala de navidad yaño nuevo, si no tienen el servicio. La vista del hotel es una playa horrible, con bodega en un orilla. Es un hotel de 5a. La recepcionista fue amable pero el hotel no sirve.

La descripción no coincide con lo que se ofrece El colchón de la cama esta muy malo se hunde. se les olvidó pagar la tv por cable y en tres días no lo pudieron solucionar, aunque se les dijo a las personas de recepción, las almohadas están igual en pésimas condiciones. La descripción dice que es ropa de cama de lujo pero no es verdad. El desayuno está bien , es lo que puedo rescatar de la experiencia. Las paredes de la habitación están manchadas y necesitan pintarse.

No me gustó por que el hotel parecía sucio en la cocina y bar, el personal parecía de malas todo el tiempo, excepto la recepcionista, ella muy amable. Había óxido en el cortinero y en los ventiladores. Su área de plata estaba fuera de servicio por sargaso

Regular, pero no volveria a reservar ahi...

El personal muy amable, ellos excelentes, tratando de compensar mi molestia, esta descuidada la habitacion regadera y lavabo oxidados, la playa privada con mucho sargazo imposible meterse. Reserve hace 6 meses solicitando vista al mar y me dieron la habitacion mas escondida que tenian comentan que asi reservo la aplicacion, me parecio muy cara para lo que ofrecieron, las fotos no corresponden a la realidad.

Pésimo hotel

Horrible. Limpieza mala. Lugar muy descuidado, no es como las fotos. De esa zona es de los pocos que no recogen el sargazo en días! Huele a pantano. La recepcionista ni siquiera me volteó a ver. Cuando llegue con la supervisora que llegó después estaban reclamando que había un condón usado debajo de su cama !!!

El.peor hotel en el que he estado

horrible, lejos de todo, su playa llena de zargazo y apestoso, tardaron en el check in más de una hora, no hay estacionamiento, su desayuno solo es huevo revuelto y chilakiles sin pollo, es caro para lo que ofrecen, esta en la zona donde no hacen limpieza por el zargazo y esta horrible, busquen opciones cercanas al centro.

Para el precio deja mucho que desear, 200 más y un holiday inn, el desayuno pésimo, te dan lo que ellos quieren, nada tienen ni hielos, ofrecen frutas y jugos y que tampoco tienen, te dan un horario pra el desayuno y no está disponible a esa hora, para los que ya tenemos el día organizado eso te retrasa mucho.en lo particular no volvería a quedarme allí, pésimo el hotel y a orilla de la playa, pero ni la limpian y el olor muy feo,en la mañana abres la puerta y el olor es muy repugnante,

Está algo descuidado, por el precio pensé que estaría todo muy bien ya que no es barato. Pero definitivamente hay mejores opciones por un precio más atractivo. No hacen el menor esfuerzo por limpiar su playa de sargazo, huele terriblemente mal, era imposible estar en cualquier lugar del hotel. Te ofrecen estacionamiento pero es en la calle. Gritos desde temprano, eran las 7am y ya había movimiento y gritos por todos lados, definitivamente fue una estancia muy mala.
