"We had a ground floor room.curtains was ripped boxes left in cupboard bloody tissue on floor door didnt lock so moved us to an upstairs room Which was lovely n clean but bed was dented in middle windows didnt open and bathroom shower was slanted a bit dangerous when water was on but the room bedding was clean all was clean but room was scalding from the heat n windows didnt open I suppose its ok for price we paid just think those things should be sorted"

"The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the room was clean on arrival. The hotel was also nice and quiet, which helped us get a good night’s sleep, although we found the bed a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and extremely poor gluten-free choices for my coeliac child. There was no gluten-free bread, biscuits, or muffins available for example . Despite booking breakfast for 9:00 am at check-in, we still had to wait around 10 minutes for a table each morning , which made the booking system seem pointless. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the bedding and pillows often looked rushed and untidy after the room had been serviced. Overall, the friendly staff were the highlight of our stay, but the breakfast and housekeeping standards let the experience down."
