"This was our second stay, the room was spaces with lovely big bay windows, the windows could do with being cleaned as they were covered in bird feaces. There was live music right below our room, which was advertised, but the music was advertised to be on until 10pm, this wasn't the case, it kept going until 11pm, which was frustrating as we were exhausted after a very long day and were kept awake by the loud music. Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."
