This was the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't clean the room for 3 days. There was a sign at the front desk stating this policy that I didn't see when I checked in. At a minimum the trash cans should be emptied, bed made, & toilet paper, soap, etc. replaced as needed daily. The toilet was way too low and as senior citizens we found it difficult to stand up from using it. Poor lighting at the wall mirror.

When you check in you are hit with an extra $ 100.00 fee which consumers did not expect. Then it takes 5 days to get to the account. consumers need to be told upfront.....Not customer friendly......

This was my first time staying at this property. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was really nice. The facility needed a little bit of upgrades the security doors that you use your key to gain access. Most of those weren’t working properly so that anyone could enter the building . So that might be something you want to address in the near future
