A lot seemed to be happening, and there was a lot of talking and mumbling, which for someone who's coming to kind of just relax, not getting the full attention of the staff at the front desk, it didn't feel unique. "The environment was a very relaxed atmosphere. Had some issues with maintaining my original check in time due to Airport issues, but the staff were very friendly, understanding and accommodating, which helped me feel at ease, and made my stay much better."

"The front desk seemed disorganized. They had me down for 3 nights, when you can clearly see I booked for 2 nights. Then he gave us a room key the previous guests were still there. Fortunately no one was present. Had to get another room., all while I had a migraine. Then our neighbors raised heck all night long. Cussing, pounding on doors, running up and down the hallway, etc. that wouldn't be your fault but there should be a night guard present or something to discourage this behavior. We liked...

"Room was very spacious. We stayed in executive King with park view. Lots of room and basic kitchen separate to bedroom. Room cleaned daily and maid service great. Very central to Washington DC"
