"Very cozy Riad. The staff are very warm and friendly! Breakfast was served at 9 and it was comforting and delicious. Fatima and her staff are great hosts. It is located really close the Blue Gate of the Medina and there are a few banks and atms, which is a plus! If you are a light sleeper, you might have some trouble sleeping because you can hear people if they come into the Riad "

"Location was central. Room were clean, comfortable and had amenities. Riad was beautiful. Breakfast was abundant. Parking is 5 min away for 40MAD for 24h. Close to the blue gate. Wifi was down while we were guests but otherwise, stay was comfortable. Front desk staff was very responsive and friendly. I would love to stay here again. "

"We spent three nights at Palais Fès Yahya and truly loved our stay. This family‑run hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the Fes medina, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help us navigate the medina and recommend excellent guided tours. The riad itself has a beautiful, traditional décor that adds so much charm to the experience. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace — a lovely place to start or end the day....

"This place was simply fantastic. The lobby and my room were simply breathtakingly gorgeous. Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again."

"I ordered a family of 4 room which was large, but the stair to the loft is hard to step up and down. Bathroom not has enough counter space for the toiletries. My room is on the ground level. The sounds from above continue until the midnight. Great breakfast, nice people, but really small riad."

Thankfully, Yusuf at reception was incredibly reassuring. He saw I was panicking and told me to take the night to process everything, and he checked in on me. "Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get...
