"I have mixed emotions about leaving this review. Im originally from the Manitowoc area and we come up to Two Rivers / Manitowoc from a couple hours away every now and then. We enjoyed our stay snd I even told my Wife we would probably make this our new go to place when staying. Everyone was so friendly and helpful but one thing disappointed me when leaving. I probably dont have a right to be disappointed as its clearly stated if you want a later checkout, it would cost, but our kids wanted to take a swim after breakfast and we found ourselves getting close to the 11am checkout. We weren't bashful spending as we played mini golf, ordered drinks and even as I asked the question, I had $17 in ice cream bars to purchase. I asked if we could get another hour and check out at Noon. Again, I know they want to charge, but I honestly can't believe its putting them out too much for the hour. The gal said we could, but it would be ..$30. I asked if perhaps they could bypass the $30 and she said something about next time and I frankly said maybe there wouldnt be a next time (nicely). She understood and said she'd ask. I bought the ice cream, went in the pool area with the kids aBy the way, the reason given for not waiving the fee is that they're booked up. I guess I dont understand how the $30 makes that go away? Anyway, apparently it wasnt going to happen and we chased the kids from the pool and went up and cleaned up our room and pack"

"Let’s just say first not booking with Expedia anymore. Was having issues with Expedia well, make the story short, the nice guy Tuesday afternoon, was helping me and I was upset and crying and told him, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. He was going to book me an room through them and he was all booked cause of the home game Thursday and I told him yeah, I knew that, that is why I booked all the way back in May cause I knew about the game. I booked 2 rooms cause there were 4 of us but two weeks ago found out that forth person wasn’t coming so that i’m gonna say (Jamaican guy) he was so nice and told me that I could check in for 1 room and call Expedia and have them call the hotel and cancel the second room and he was so nice that it was even cheaper than it was before and he made me happy and smiling. Sorry, I don’t know his name but he was so nice and helped me through the whole process."

"Easy to find location, located next to a Kwik Trip gas station, clean rooms, firm beds, decent breakfast (free), The only negative I could see would be fairly close to hwy so you get a little noise from that. Definitely will stay again if back that way. Appx 19 min drive from Lambeau for a game"

"Hotel was great, no major issues. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property and room was a little outdated and could use some updating and minor repairs, but I would still return and come back. Great location and just a little south from Green Bay. We used the hotel for our base camp before a Packers game."
