Hotel OYO Rooms di Chennai

"The person at the reception was so hostile. He totally refused to accept the booking made on Hotels.com. He claimed only OYO bookings with 10 digits of confirmation will be accepted. Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number. OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham. Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams. "

"I reached to property and i was denied a room, stating that they don’t have rooms, where is i paid in advance and confirmed the booking, property has incorrect number updated so you can never reach them to confirm anything, the guy at reception gave two rooms in front of me to other people who didn’t even had bookings, this is a terrible service "

"We can't describe in words..It is the most inconvenient, annoying and the worst accommodation that I have ever experienced before...AC not working...internet not working..etc etc"

"Terrible. Elevators are shut off by 9pm and the stairwells are dark and dingy. No hot water. Breakfast is served without coffee or tea. I am not going back to this place again!"
