The hotel is excellent in their services. Clean and tidy rooms, all amenities working and a polite staff. However the location of this hotel is not very convenient with respect to other key attractions in the city and booking a cab is horribly hard due to lack of availability.

It was an exceptional experience staying at Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR. The staffs were polite, helpful, and professional. The breakfast spread could improve, but the quality of food served was excellent. This would be my go-to place during my future travel and stays.

Staff was very helpful and respectful. The room itself was not that great, the bathroom lights were flickering despite turning them off. The on site electrical engineer dropped by and got it fixed quickly. Luckily, it didn't cause any problems afterward during the rest of the visit.

I cannot believe this is a Marriot property. Looks disgusting, smells bad, and in total we felt like we stayed in a cheap hotel even though it is expensive. Would never recommed this to anyone. Sheraton was way better.

Staffs were excellent but this property unable to provide Airport shuttle as agreed that made delay to get the airport ontime. I have arranged on my own via Uber. Two payments were charged at the checkout, still the hotel not credited the duplicate payments made and no update yet. The voided the sale not the payment.

Not the best maintained marriott property

One of the worst maintained Marriott property I wud say. A pungent smell prevailing in the room and most part of hotel and the overall upkeep of the property was also fairly poor.
