"Clean room, good breakfast"

"The reception desk staff could not have cared less if we were there, wouldn’t even make eye contact. The security guard outside was very pleasant. Very busy neighborhood, be careful not to get run down while walking."

"Like everything except I wasn’t able to connect my laptop to WiFi . My laptop is connected to us servers via vpn and didn’t work but works at my home . For a business class type of hotel expected better connectivity"

"The room smell was very musty—like an antique shop—and you can't open the window to air it out. It wasn't as well maintained and trendy as some of the photos make it out to be. Wifi wasn't working well for me, and I had to reach out to staff a few times before it finally got fixed. Sometimes I'd call the reception and no one would pick up. The bed and washroom were comfortable to use. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety."

"The hotel seems recently renovated and allowed us to sit in the lobby with the air conditioning even though our arrival was hours before the check-in time. There is an elevator as well and the location is very convenient for accessing restaurants and food. The rooms and washrooms are really small however, especially for the 3-person room."

"Excellent hotel and beautiful rooms. Make sure you book dinner as the restaurants get very busy. I couldn't get a reservation and ate a small but enjoyable meal in the Library bar. The only slight negative was not being given a sea view room that I requested. Overall though very impressive and the staff are amazing"

"At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. "

"Room Floor needs to be sweep. Stains are sticking to barefoot. Food delivery to room service is very late. It took almost one hour to deliver the lunch. after getting food one hour late, I requested room service boy for tomato sauce, I didn't came even I waited for half hour. Then I called receptions to delivery tomato sauce, he said it will delivered by 5 minutes. however it is not delivered. I checked out the room."

"We stayed in Hyatt Regency Chennai for 12 days. We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was the highlight of the day. Wide array of food was available and the staff were very friendly & polite. The rooms were clean & very comfortable . The staff in the parking lobby were very courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay again and also recommend to others. Keep up the good work!"

"This Hotel location is good.. But the rooms size are small we booked for three and the single queen bed room provided was very small to fit all we even checked for twin bed room which is also small.. The TV in the room is also not working and the bathroom are tiny."

"Clean and spacious room . Good amenities . Staff at the reception not very I domed about the timing of their restaurants as was told it is closed when booked in at 3 pm . The room boy who accompanied us to the room was more knowledgeable suggesting that Ala carte options are available late into the evening . Over all good stay"
