The complementary breakfast was very good. The location was ideal for me. Staff service was good. No hidden fee. Something that would have been nice a fan in the room to circulate the AC.

Clean, restful
I needed to spend a night on the north side of Chengdu, and this was a good place. Friendly reception staff and a box breakfast because I was leaving very early.

Within Ramada's Hotel international standards
This hotel has many modern and well equiped facilities. The hotel room was very clean and spacious with lots of sunlights. TV was automatically switched on when guest walked into the hotel room as a warm welcome, which was nice. The only disadvantage was that the hotel is located on a busy city street where there was lots of traffic and noises, during the day and night.

Good, but has some problems
Nice hotel, very clean and spacious room. Hotel staff is friendly and nice, but some are very green. If you book hotel via this site (which I did), you may experience problems checking in. Hotel staff only knows how to check in tour groups. Hotel has 30 floors, but equipped with only 3 elevators. When many groups are in or checking out at the same time, it takes you more than 30 minutes to get into an elevator. We experienced this one day out of our 4 days stay. Breakfast if really good, lots of selections. You may experience communication problems with breakfast staff, even though you are a Chinese.
