Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows and braai area need some attention and the blinds are not easy to pull up and down. The staff is not very knowledgeable but willing to assist. "
