"Everything was wonderful"

"It's our second time at this hotel. We love the location, it's walking distance to everything. Full kitchen and a separate bedroom are amazing for a family stay. We found our suite very clean."

"Everything about our stay was great. The hotel was busy because of Winterlude, but it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the pool, small sauna, hot tub and ping-pong in the games room. The rooms haven’t been updated décor-wise, but we actually found that nostalgic (hello, corded phone beside the toilet 😄). The beds were very comfortable, and the suite was spotless. Having a kitchenette was a real bonus since we have dietary restrictions and it saves having to eat out for every meal. I unfortunately forgot my Goldilocks pillow in the room and only realized once I was back home in Toronto, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and arranged to have it mailed to me. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Ottawa! "

"We were travelling with guests from out of the country. One of our guests forgot his wallet in the room after check out. Housekeeping and the front desk were very helpful finding the wallet and getting it back to us."
