"This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."

I had no hassle; they had preemptively merged the reservation. Food was good, their head chef had been constantly following up :). Their indoor and outdoor games were good engagement for kids. The pool instructor was helpful and stayed with my kid to get him comfortable in the water. Over had a wonderful experience here."
