"Check-in time is at 4pm. Staff comes in at that time. Breakfast starts at 8am. The staff that is there to check-in and provide service till 8pm was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small as it seems to be geared for the skiers. Good location once you get there. Without a car directions are deceiving and the walk is long with trailing luggage. "The hotel is charming and ideally situated. The proprietor, Sebastien, was great. We stayed for four nights and had a fantastic time in the cozy (with fireplace), welcoming hotel. "

"Beautiful old village in the gorgeous alps near around Mont Blanc. Beautiful drive up the winding roads. Clean, quiet, lovely friendly staff, easy free parking, in the town of St.-Germain-Les-Bains. The room was huge and had a nice balcony we could look out over another village down in the valley. We did not take the breakfast but it looked nice. We drove 20" to Chamonix to take the gondola (telepherique). Totally worth the ticket price to go to the top! Astonishing beauty and history....

"Michael was great from beginning till the end of our stay. We stayed for 3 nights with our daughter and loved the fact that she had an actual bed to sleep in, not pull out sofa so that was a big plus. We had a nice balcony, room was small but very clean and cozy with great bedding and towels. I loved that our hallway had tea corner with mugs and kettle to boil water. Breakfast was light but good with indoor and outdoor seating, wish there were more fresh fruits and veggies. Overall this hotel...
