This was my first time at this hotel. It was just for one night but it was a very good experience. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room smelled good and everything was clean. The breakfast was ok. The staff was courteous and the check in and checkout process was very easy.

Very tight parking, I have a large pickup truck and parking spaces were very short and narrow. Old, tear down dump motel next door with what appeared to be sketchy people around. Pool table in lobby, I was in town for billiard event near by, that they have allowed kids to destroy which was a heartbreaking sight, needs recovered and then monitored better that it does not happen again.

The staff was very friendly! It was clean and clearly updated/new. But there was a feeling that things already needed to be touched up. There were scuff marks on the walls in our room, etc. That’s why I gave it a four star. Because it’s a new hotel, I was expecting a new feel, and while the decor and everything was, it was already starting to look worn. But, because the staff was incredibly pleasant and the linens were clean, I’d definitely stay there again.

overall, i rated poor because there was NO notice of a dog fee! this was $75 additional fee, pretty much cancelling any savings out i was looking for initially. honestly, nice hotel with great staff, but this just bugged me and expedia and hilton are to blame here. not much grass/clean area around the property to walk a dog.

Veneer from small table above fridge was half-peeled and sticking out. Water pressure for shower head was abysmal. Sausage patties during breakfast were like cardboard. Otherwise the room was pretty clean, everything else was good, no other complaints.

Check Your AC/Heating Equipment
Our stay was quite good except for the AC/heater that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. They switched us to a room where the thermostat was not working at all but thankfully we could adjust the temperature at the machine. Some preventive maintenance is needed here.

Room is too small, with the bed taking up most of the space. The hardwood floors transmit too much noise. All evening, I heard thumps and bumps form upstairs guests. Traffic noise was excessive, although the noise stopped by 11 pm for the most part. Would not stay at this property again, although I thought the price was fair for the unit.

It was clean and convenient to where we needed to be located. This is my first and last experience at a True hotel in this area. Bathroom commode loose, toilet paper holder loose, sink spigot was hard to work. I did like the soap and shower head water pressure. Front desk staff at night was not as friendly as could have been.
