Wallace and Nancy are genuine hosts. This property is filled with details and any item you may have forgotten. They help you in any way they can to find the best route around road construction, best dining in the area and ideas of where to see the best of Chattanooga.

The cottage home was beautiful. Nancy and Wallace were wonderful hosts. They made us feel at home and wanted to furnish our every need. The breakfasts were superb and very tasty. It made you feel like you were in a 5 star restaurant. All the rooms were beautiful and cozy. We look forward to staying again.

The St. Francis is a beautiful bed and breakfast. We were amazed at how they had anticipated any need we might have. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We stayed in the one pet friendly room which had an outside door for convenience with our dog. As we entered our room I noticed a little chalkboard welcoming us by name and included Jax our Yorkie. They provided food and water bowls for him too. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return when in the area.

This quaint B & B is very nice and the hosts really go out of their way to accommodate all guest needs! Wallace even made us a to go breakfast because we couldn't stay for the formal breakfast since we had a long day of driving ahead of us. The B & B is in new condition, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We brought our little dog and they even had everything we needed for him to be comfortable as well! We'll be back.
