"Location is excellent. Check in was easy, and the woman was very nice. Our room had complimentary beach chairs, and towels, which was VERY convenient as we flew into Georgia and couldn't bring chairs with us. They also offered bicycles we could use around town. Beds were comfy and the building/room were clean. Rooms do seem to have a dampness issue (Floor always felt wet, and bathroom had some rust) but we definitely appreciated that the room had a refrigerator AND microwave! We only visited one...

"We had an amazing beach vacation on Tybee Island while staying at Dunes Inn and Suites. Ms Joy who greeted us at the front counter was a delight, and she provided us with information about the local attractions and where and where not to park. We had some postcards to mail, and when we asked where to mail them, she volunteered to take them to the post office herself. The hotel itself was perfect for our needs. Good AC, nice beds and linens, a shower with great pressure, and a little kitchenette...

"Property was clean and well stocked. Parking on street was easy and convenient but I can see if it was a big holiday weekend how parking could be a problem, but that applies to everywhere in Savannah. It is far enough away from the busy downtown, but still in walking distance. Hotel is beautiful and quaint. Loved the outdoor common area. Would definitely stay again! "
