"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick!
