"Booked superior room with walk in shower,given standard complained and had another room second floor 40 stairs no lift.landing carpet threadbare in placestoilet flush ,seat broken.First day no bed made or clean towels, Second day bed made one hand & one bath towel for two people.Toilet roll ran out and replaced with half used roll.4 parking places for whole hotel.some of which were used by staff.Breakfast very limitedTables not cleaned and food not topped up always having to ask for...

"Bien = calme du site en pleine nature / acceuil sympa / cabane propre et bien équipée / paniers repas bonne qualité Moins bien = pas de vue sur les alentours et le paysage à partir de la terrasse de la cabane. Cabane sombre car tout le temps à l'ombre et obligation d'allumer la lumière "

"We had a wonderful time at Katy and Olivier place. Short walk from the train station, very well located! The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. "The hotel is in a great location. Parking just outside the walls with someone to shuttle our bags. It was a nice place but the front desk people were not helpful. We asked about restaurants and they seemed confused about actually recommending one. They also didn’t want to call and make a reservation for us. When asked about surrounding wineries the one desk guy actually said he had no “knowledge of anything outside the Cité.” Breakfast staff were grouchy both mornings. Bed was extremely hard...
