"We are a family of 4 who stayed one night at the beautiful Hôtel château Schengen on our way back to Norway. The staff working there where very service minded. According to my son, this was the best hotel of the whole trip!He also liked the playful dogs that lived in the castle. We can recommend this place very much, and will be happy to return later.

"Merzig was, for my family, an overnight stop both to and from Rettenberg. The hotel was quickly found from the motorway and parking was available. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and pleasant. That breakfast was included was a bonus and there was a good choice of well prepared tasty food. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful.
