"Possibly the worst stay ever. We were woken up at 5am the first night by a child yelling and when we called the front desk no one picked up. Police had to be called to make sure the matter was attended to. We requested house keeping and they never came until we complained a few times. There were bugs in the room and the screen door was broken. Overall a horrible stay."
