"Upon check in, I realized that the hotel did not give me the 1 bedroom suite I booked like I’ve done before. I was given a studio suite and told by the front desk that Expedia lists things incorrectly after failing to acknowledge that my room was not the one that I initially book. Normally, I wouldn’t make a huge deal about it but as someone who needs to separate my work on my computer from my bedroom, the 1 bedroom suite is my choice (because of the separate living room space). It was eventually problem solved by the attendant by her finding a room that was somewhat similar to the 1 I had booked. I honestly was too tired to reiterate the issue and in the end, just accepted the nice gesture despite zero accountability taken. Aside from all that jazz, my stay was decent. I think in the future, I may just call ahead to confirm the room type to prevent disappointment."
