"Staff were very kind and helpful. The suite was a little dated but clean. The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room. "

"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"This hotel is very convenient. You exit tge train and walk to the hotel on platform one. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the lake and city from the terrace and were the only ones there.!! Breakfast is not included and cost Fr.18 ($22) We chose to walk to the Migro supermarket about 8 minutes down near the lake to get our yogurt and fruit instead. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute of our arrival."

"This hotel is lovely. While it is not a 4 or 5 star, it is very nice. It is clean and details are noticed. It is on the lake with great views. The breakfast is amazing, probably one of the best that I've seen anywhere with local produce, homemade healthy items. The restaurant for lunch and dinner features small plates which are also very good. Highly recommend."
