"Overall the place was nice. The woman at the check in counter was lovely and welcoming! The condo was nice for the most part. The beds were terrible though! I had to go by a mattress topper just to be able to sleep. Also, they say furnished with everything you need, but there was no toaster, pizza pan, or baking sheet. There was a pizza cutter though! The couches definitely need an upgrade. The bathroom with the tub did not have a working shower. The shower was there but it did not turn on. The water only stayed warm for about 10 mins so you couldn't even fill the tub. The property was very nice and clean. Very well maintained. And very close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in Williamsburg. I'd stay again, but would want a different condo next time! "

"We explained to the front desk person that we were from out of town. He puts us in a room and looked at the back staircase, no view no nothing. I don’t know if it was because the way I was dressed or not. I was insulted I left and went downtown to stay at the Marriott Richmond. "

"Front desk staff were not that friendly. No parking, have to pay for valet. Room was clean but housekeeping could be better. "
