Even though it is an older property it was very clean and comfortable. For the price it is well worth staying here.

This place did the trick for an overnight stay. It was actually very clean. We had booked a room with 2 beds and when we checked in, our room only had one bed. They quickly changed us out. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We've stayed in Chanute several times between our travels between Omaha and Tulsa but this is the first time at this motel. We will definitely come back again.

Good place to rest.
It was fast pleasent and surprisingly good. We had a few people lurking around our car and room, which was the only uncomfortable situation. They had a pool, but it was a health hazardly displace of water that needs to be drained. Green blooms with trash.

Great Stay, Verrry firm beds though.
Great stay!! Clean room, Only thing..beds were verrrry firm. Other than that it was perfect for the price.

always a great stay.
stayed before, always good service and clean rooms. Beds could be more comfortable, but for the price, you're getting a good deal. Great location in town close to food, fuel, and snacks. Will always stay here when I come to town.

Reasonable and Comfortable
For an older motel this establishment is well maintained and makes for a very comfortable stay. I have stayed here on many occasions and have never been disappointed.

Great deal
Great price for a quick, quiet stay in a safe, friendly small town. Was towing a utility trailer and wasn't sure there'd be room but was able to manuver a u-turn in their parking lot. Was happy for the microwave to zap the food I'd brought.

I've stayed here before and was happy; low rates for a place to sleep. My children stayed there this weekend and complained that the room was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

We stayed two nights over labor day weekend. The motel is old and the rooms were not clean. The advertisement shows a pool but the pool was closed and didn't look like it has been open in a long time. We wont be staying there again.
