It’s a couple weeks since we stayed at the Fairfield Inn Chantilly 7/24 to 7/25/23, but I have to post this review. Our stay was wonderful! It was the staff that made this hotel stand out. Felt like staying at a family run B&B.
We arrived late on 7/24 with 3 kids and 5 bags plus baby seats and everything. Instead of having to wait for a shuttle bus, as soon as I called the hotel the friendly gentleman at the front desk called a Lyft for us. Unfortunately the big suv was too small for us (Nissan Armada with captain chairs and not enough trunk space) so we called again. The gentleman called another, bigger group Lyft, but instead of a Suburban or something big a Tahoe came out, too small again. I called again feeling bad, but the gentleman was super understanding and simply called two large Lyft for us. The next morning we needed to go to the car rentals at the airport, Two ladies were at the front desk, talking to us and our kids in the nicest way. Lyzzet (as far as we remember the name) tried to call a Lyft for me (the plan was for me to pick up a rental and then pick up my family). Unfortunately the system to orders a Lyft car, was down. Lyzzet apologized many times and after trying for 15 minute said, if everything fails, I will drive you personally. A couple minutes later, she was able to have another hotel employee drop me off at the airport. The young lady was super friendly too, we talked about family and kids. She made sure to drop me off right at the rental office!!
