Buffet style breakfast with cappuccino machine with a dozen options. Family room was exactly what we needed, extra beds without loseing space for all the luggage. On the river and middle of town, but off the main drag and quiet. 5min walk from robinson, 5min drive from central. This was the perfect hotel for R.O.N. during our road trip. We visit chantaburi every durian season, will stay here from now on."

Bed and blanket are very soft and comfortable that I didn't want to get up from it. Deshalb konnte man Balkontür nachts getrost offenlassen. 24Std Zugang zu Kaffee, Tee, Ovomaltine. In der Nähe tolle Restaurants mit beispielsweise Spezialität Ente oder Hot Pot vietnamesisch. Die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hübsch entlang des Flusses mit kleinen hippen, einheimischen Kneipen. Es wird kaum Englisch gesprochen, aber auch das macht ja den Reiz des Reisens aus. "Although we enjoyed our stay here the overall impression of the hotel is that it really needs updating.
The rooms were tired, with many issues such as dated curtains that were either open or closed. As we had a ground floor beach front villa this gave little/no privacy if the curtains were open. Net type curtains in the main bedroom at least would have improved this.
The air-conditioning, although worked well, broke down whilst we were staying and leaked lots of water onto the bedroom...
"The room and hotel was just okay . Buffet breakfast was very limited. No egg station, no bacon, no yogurt., things that are in most other buffets even in Chanthaburi. A couple dishes in warming trays but all the food was cold or luke warm. No safe in the room, no iron available at the hotel when requested. Best part of the hotel is the swimming pool which was clean, large and also has a jacuzzi section in the pool."

"Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices.
The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there.
You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel.
All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect."
