"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"The hotel is located on a quiet location in a bay on the north of the island. The facilities are very good with a well stocked bar, a good food offering and clean rooms. The point of difference is the excellent front of house staff, all were helpful and friendly and made our stay all the more enjoyable. "Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. "Amazing view of the beach, and with a short walk out of the hotel, you can enjoy a nice walk in the sand or swim in the sea. The hotel and beach are very clean."

"The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and...

"Staff amazing food first class and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Ideally located just East of St Helier. Plenty of parking. Large room extremely well looked after. The only down side is limited tv channels but that's nothing really. Very happy."
