"Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too."

"Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience. "We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
