"Excellent accommodations! Very nice staff who were extremely hospitable. The only issue I had was the parking situation. They state there is parking available but it’s street parking which is available to everyone, not just the hotel. This is a major issue and they need to change this on their services on the App. "

"This gem of a hotel is set right in the heart of Chania Old Town, right in the middle of the shops. Even though one side is located on a street with shops and the other overlooking a square it was surprisingly quiet. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms well appointed. This was the former home of the lovely lady on reception who was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect location right in the outskirts of Chania town but still in the center. Maybe 5-9 min walk to the water and another 20-25 min walk to the nearest beach town Nea Chora. The room was very large for 2 people and perfectly cleaned. The bathroom felt very separate from the main room and the door is heavy/secure so allows for great privacy. "Everything was great apart from the safe in my room which had to be fixed before it would work and there was no coffee machine in the room which I asked for and it was provided.
