A nice stay in the heart of the old town - the room was on the third floor (stairs only, but not an issue for me) and had a nice balcony (unfortunately it faced some construction but the outdoor breeze was nice). The room was set up nice with plenty of outlets to charge devices, etc. on the first night the hot water wasn’t working but after I informed the staff they fixed it promptly and it worked without an issue. They staff were also very accommodating (showing me to my room - different building and arranging transport to the airport). The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was that the wifi was iffy across all my devices. The accommodation was also easy access to the bus station in Chania and the tourist sites.
Not the fault of the Hotel, but the stairs were killer for senior citizens! Wi-Fi connection was up and down and loading of websites impossible, although Hotel staff reacted quickly to our complaints and did everything possible to reboot the router and try to address the issues. Breakfast was very good. Whatever problems we had were mitigated by the wonderfully friendly and exceedingly helpful Staff.
The rooms were excellent - slight issue when we arrived with one of the rooms having a fault but we were put up in the main hotel and given free breakfast as an apology. The cases were then moved to the correct room for us!
The staff could not do enough to help - so friendly and polite.
These rooms were in the heart of the old town and every amenity imaginable was on your door step - definitely the right place to stay as adults.
An added bonus with this branch is there are approximately 20 Elia's around the old town - and a lovely one right by the beaches - we were able to use the pool facilities for the day at no extra charge!
Highly recommend and we will be returning!!

The property is very centrally located, and the room was lovely and clean. Despite the restaurants nearby creating some noise at street level, it was perfectly quiet at night.
The main drawback is the absence of a lift, with rather narrow stairs, and the check-in point being around 100 metres away.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A small hotel with just a few rooms and no front desk. You get the key to the front door to open it up when you return. No elevator. But it was clean and cozy and had a teensy balcony over the little street below.
Location was great, in the middle of restaurant street with lots of options to choose from. Also short walk to the harbour and old town. Tv was old and had no smart options.
We were greeted by Sophia, she was so friendly and welcoming , our room was large and comfortable and located in a great neighbourhood , at night it came alive with the locals eating and drinking .
This is a nice hotel in the heart of Channia. The staff is really helpful and kind, particularly Manolis, who is great guy. The only turn off is that the place does not have any reception, so you need to go to another hotel (about 4 blocks) to check in/out and have breakfast.
Excelente location and the room and beds were very comfortable! The property was close to everything and we were very happy to walk to stores and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and to name a few Georgia, Christiana, Maria and the breakfast staff were all very friendly and resourceful! It was a pleasure to have spent our vacation at Elia Daliana in Chania!! We would definitely visit again in the future.
Great location and convenient at the same time. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The internet was slow at times.
Overall I loved the property.
