Just what we needed for an overnight stop-over whilst in transit: a clean, comfortable and cosy space for a small family, close enough to local restaurants too. The staff were brilliant and incredibly responsive to a few extra requests too. Thank you so much 🙏.

Self-check-in instructions were sufficient. The room was spacious and nice, and the bathroom immaculate. Nice balcony with a city view. Street parking outside. A 20 minute hike to the bus station was perfect for us doing the Samara ravine in the morning.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses, très bien décorées! La propriétaire a été très accommodante. Bien situé, à environ 20-30 minutes à pied du centre de Chania. Facile de s’y rendre pour le souper. Stationnement aussi très facile dans la rue juste devant l’hôtel. Il y a distance de marche un très bon restaurant (Feidias) et une délicieuse boulangerie/sandwicherie. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Ophold på The Alma City Hotel

Jeg bookede mit ophold på The Alma City hotel et par dage før ankomst, og de var super venlige og sørgede for god service og var meget hjælpsomme! Jeg fik early check-in og kunne checke ind kl.4 om morgenen uden problemer. Selve værelset var perfekt! Super flot indrettet og med god og behagelig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger tæt på cafeer, restauranter og supermarkeder og det var nemt at komme rundt. Yderligere hjalp hotellet med airport transfer og stod til rådighed det meste af dagen, og svarede hurtigt hvis man havde spørgsmål. Jeg vil klart anbefale hotellet til andre der skal til Chania, og vil helt sikkert selv booke det igen på en tur til Chania!
